A 24-hour timetable allows for a comprehensive schedule that includes study, prayer, sleep, and personal activities. Here’s a sample 24-hour timetable for a student:

Monday to Sunday:

6:00 am – 7:00 am: Morning Routine

   – Wake up, freshen up, and have breakfast.

7:00 am – 8:00 am: Morning Prayer and Reflection

   – Begin the day with prayer, meditation, or reflection.

– 8:00 am – 4:00 pm: Lectures and Classes

   – Engage fully in academic activities during lecture hours.

4:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Afternoon Break

   – Take a short break to relax, have a snack, and refresh.

5:00 pm – 7:00 pm: Study Session 1

   – Focus on reviewing lecture notes, completing assignments, and preparing for the next day’s classes.

7:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Dinner Break

   – Have dinner and take a brief break to recharge.

– 8:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Evening Prayer and Reflection

   – Spend time in prayer, meditation, or reflection.

– 9:00 pm – 10:30 pm: Study Session 2  

 – Continue studying, working on projects, or reading.

– 10:30 pm – 11:00 pm: Wind Down

   – Begin winding down activities, such as light reading or listening to calming music.

 11:00 pm: Bedtime

   – Aim to sleep by this time to ensure adequate rest.

Weekend Variations: On weekends, you can adjust the timetable to include more flexible study hours, social activities, or additional rest.
