Before I continue let me clear the air on this frequently asked question,  it has come to our notice that a lot of student are confused if unidel is a federal or state university, the answer is forward and clear please kindly note that university of delta is a state university converted from college of Education by the Delta state Government in 2021. 

Another question I will like to also give forward and clear answer to is if Unidel offer Nursing program , the answer is yes and no. why yes and no? Be patient let me explain;

YES ; because the university, faculty of basic  medicine, which the nursing department will be added to is still in building state, so the nursing degree program is currently on hold, but the state governor have assured completion this year 2023. GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: 

For you to be able to get admission in Unidel you must first meet this general admission requirement.

Candidates must possess five(5) credit passes in the relevant subjects in the SSCE, NECO or GCE O/L Examinations at not more than two sittings as well as other matriculation requirements stipulated by JAMB.
