PROCEDURE

Step 5: ready to grind all, pour your fried soybean into a blender and add your dry substance, crayfish, groundnut, and boga fish, make sure you grind to a powder form. You can also grind in a local machine if you don't have a blender at home, after grinding you can sieve the powder with your sieving net smooth again, Ready to serve, pour into a container, and keep it for your usage.

HOMEMADE CASHEW MILK
1 cup raw cashews
3 cups filtered water
2 tablespoons date syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
Procedure:
Step 1: Place raw cashews in a medium bowl with enough cool tap water to cover by 1 inch. Soak at room temperature for at least 8 and up to 24 hours (refrigerate if soaking for longer than 8 hours).
Step 2: Drain the soaked cashews and rinse well. Transfer to a blender (preferably high-powered) and add filtered water, date syrup, and salt. Blend on high speed until creamy and mostly smooth, about 3 minutes.
Step 3: Line a fine-mesh sieve with a double layer of cheesecloth or a square of thin cotton fabric. Strain the cashew milk through the lined strainer, pressing on the solids to extract as much milk as possible. Twist the sides of the cheesecloth or fabric around the cashew pulp squeeze out any remaining milk and discard the pulp. Refrigerate in airtight containers or bottles for up to 3 days.
HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
Home-made cashew milk lasts 3-4 days in the fridge. However, I think it’s best consumed within the first 1-3 days. You can divide this recipe into two if you don’t think you’ll use it all up.
